The vision of Pietro Barbagallo for a 1950’s Italian Trattoria was created with the heavy use of both American and French Walnut all French polished by hand for an amazing lustre only achieved with this finish, set off with hard plastered walls, a terrazzo floor and white Carrara marble. The result a beautiful Italian Trattoria.

An 11m bar as the centrepiece of the restaurant and adorned by stools specially designed for Pietro allowing for casual bar seating and round low tables for the main dining room.

A truly classic and decadent fit-out.
